New DiLiGO Slots: Tips

At DiLiGO Support our users are the most important people to us!

We've been listening to you over the last few months and we've made sure to pass on all your comments and suggestions to the Developers. It's because of you that they have now introduced some awesome new features like Profile Pages, Badges, the Inbox, Full Screen mode and History, and have also made some much needed changes to your good old favourite features like Gifts and the Games List as well.

Alternatively if you are experiencing a problem loading the application you can email us directly at support [at] diligogames . com.

NB: Please make sure to first check your account "History" (as detailed in the History post) to see if it answers your questions concerning whether or not you received the correct amount of Daily Tokens, Token Gifts, Hourly Leaderboard Wins or Points won when playing a game. Also, when writing in to us, please make sure to give us the time and date of when you encountered the problem and include as much detail as possible in order for us to be able to know where to look on your account.

We will get back to you within 24 hours Monday to Friday and before the end of the Monday following a weekend if your query is sent in over the weekend.
