The Goddess Venus, Cupid’s mother does not want Psyche, a mere mortal, to be with her son. So she sets Psyche a series of impossible tasks. Psyche is very upset and depressed because she does not believe in herself. Nevertheless, every time she remembers Cupid she has a stroke of incredible good luck. No matter how difficult the task, she always succeeds. Moved by Psyche’s incredible passion and devotion, Cupid returns to her and then all the Gods agree to make Psyche immortal.
Cupid’s love is about much more than just soap opera romance.
