It's finally here! The new and improved DiLiGO Slot Machines game on Facebook! It's taken many months of blood, sweat and nerd tears- but our developers have done it and we know you're going to love it!
Beta Testing: Don't miss out!
On Wednesday we launched the Beta version of the new-look Slot Machines to a limited number of users to test for us. If you weren't selected, don't worry as you can become part of our special testing team by clicking on the "PLAY NOW" button at the bottom of this page!
To explain, a Beta version is a preview version of what will eventually be the final new-look DiLiGO Slot Machines on Facebook. What this means is that there may still be some bugs and problems that our developers need to squash and that's why we're asking you to test it for us and then let us know if there's anything that's not up to the DiLiGO standard you've come to love!
This Beta testing period will last for a relatively short time (no longer than a few weeks) and then we'll roll out the final new-look to all users! I don't know about you, but we can't wait!
What to expect: New Features
We believe that DiLiGO Slots is all about fun, community and hitting hose BIG WINS! So it was perfectly obvious to us that you should get your own community DiLiGO page.
You have achieved so many amazing victories already when playing our games and we know how hard you work to get to the top of the Hourly, Daily, Weekly and Monthly Leaderboards. As this is no small feat we realised that it just isn't enough to reward you with Tokens and then forget these wins so we have now created a space on your own Profile page to display your recent achievements for all to see.
So, it's time to call your friends and tell them to check out your Best Spin award for the last hour! And remember when you beat them to get a higher top 20 position on the Daily Leaderboard last week? Don't let them forget it!
Remember, you can check out your buddies profiles too. Just click on their profile picture and you can see how well they're doing in comparison to you.
We also realised that hitting big wins and getting awarded for it was really cool, but how could we make it even better? We know that you're getting big wins, and stacking up the points- but although upgrading your machines so you can win more points is an excellent way to get ahead- it isn't all that much fun now is it? We believe that Slots should be fun - to the max!
So we got our DiLiGO Designers on to it and they came up with some awesome badges for you to buy and display on your Profile page. Boy have they gone wild! To start with there will be four sets available, but there are many more waiting that will be released over time including some of the cutest little animals and awesome themes you have ever seen!
What are you waiting for- take some of those amazing wins and get yourself a fun badge to put on your profile. Compare it with your friends and make sure to get the limited edition ones before they do and who knows what we'll have in store for you when you complete a set!
And that's not all! We know how hard it has been for you to keep track of when you get your Daily Tokens or receive token Gifts from friends so we've made it simpler by giving you your own Inbox. Here you will find notifications letting you know exactly when you got your last daily tokens or who sent you token Gifts today. Won a Lucky Draw? You'll find out in your Inbox too!
What to expect: Updated Features
We've also tweaked some old features and taken some stuff out to make things faster and easier for you. The first thing you'll note is that the Lobby screen is gone and you'll now load straight into the last game you played. This should speed things up for you and ensure that you get straight to where you want to be; watching those reels with your finger on the "spin" button!
We also know you love exchanging token Gifts, but that the previous gift store was not the best it could be. So our fabulous DiLiGO developers have worked some magic and redesigned and tweaked the Gift store to ensure that you get to send your 10 token Gifts to your DiLiGO buddies every day!

29/07/10 UPDATE: The new-look app is now available to anyone to try. Just click on the link at the top of the app page to try the new-look app.
02/08/10 UPDATE: The new-look app is now the default app. The old-look app will be available for a short while longer and you can access it by clicking the link at the top of the page, however, we suggest playing on the new look-app as eventually we will remove the old-look app completely.
The staff at DiLiGO Headquarters is in a celebratory mood. We recently had our Birthday in May and the festive vibes have lasted through to July!
